Rules

  • 1. Accounts

Each player is allowed to control a single account. Each account may only be played by one player at a time, with temporary account access being the only exception. Temporary account access allows a player to grant another player limited access to their account under the following regulations:

    - Support must be informed before temporary access begins by opening a ticket. - No fleet movements are allowed while another player has access to the account, unless an incoming attack threatens to raid or destroy the account. In that case, you may save your fleet(s) by deploying or transporting to a planet or moon owned by the account. You may not execute a ninja maneuver that requires moving additional fleets. - An account may only be accessed by another player for a maximum period of 48 continuous hours (admin permission is required for extensions).

The player with temporary access may, on the accessed account and only during the authorized period:

    - Spend resources on buildings or research. - Fleetsave any ship that is imminently endangered by an incoming attacking fleet, using only deployment or transport missions to the account's own planets. - Place the account into vacation mode.

The player with temporary access may not:

    - Transport resources between planets/moons of the accessed account, or to any other planet/moon. - Spend resources on defensive structures or ships. - Access an account if they have accessed another account within the previous 7 days. - Access an account that was accessed by another player within the previous 7 days. - Remove an account from vacation mode.

  • 2. Pushing

It is not allowed for any account to gain unfair profit from a lower-ranked account in terms of resources. This includes but is not limited to:

    - Resources sent from a lower-ranked account to a higher-ranked one without tangible compensation in return. - A player crashing their fleet into a higher-ranked player's fleet so the higher-ranked player can collect the debris field and profit from it. - Loans that are not repaid within 48 hours. - Trades in which the higher-ranked player does not return the resources within 48 hours. - Players yielding to extortion by a higher-ranked player and paying resources. - Trades that result in unfair profit for the higher-ranked player by falling outside the following exchange ratios:

3:2:1 (Each unit of deuterium is worth 2 units of crystal or 3 units of metal).
2:1:1 (Each unit of deuterium is worth 1 unit of crystal or 2 units of metal).

  • 3. Bashing

It is not allowed to attack any given planet or moon owned by a player more than 6 times within a 24-hour period. Bashing is only permitted when your alliance is at war with another alliance. The war must be announced in the forum, and both alliance leaders must agree to the terms. The bashing rule only applies to active users and excludes missile attacks and espionage missions.

  • 4. Bug Exploitation

Intentionally using a bug for personal gain, or intentionally failing to report a discovered bug, is strictly forbidden.

  • 5. Forbidden Content

Threatening to locate and harm another player is forbidden.
Spam, mass messaging, and advertisements for unrelated games or products are also prohibited.

  • 6. Wars

Once both alliance leaders agree to a war, it is officially active and will continue until one alliance cancels it. To officially cancel, the war pact must be terminated in-game and announced in the original forum thread.

During the war, the bashing rule does not apply between the involved alliances. Members of warring alliances may attack each other an unlimited number of times without penalty.

If either alliance surrenders and cancels the war, the bashing rule is reinstated. Any member violating it after the war ends will receive a 1-day ban (longer for severe violations).

If a fleet is already in flight when the war is canceled, that attack will not be penalized. However, any fleet launched after the cancellation will count toward the bashing rule.

To start a new war, one alliance leader must create a thread in the war/diplomacy section. Specific rules or terms may be set there, provided they are agreed upon by the opposing alliance and do not contradict the rules stated here.
